A credit is the unit ReelNyx uses to price work that costs us money to generate, such as images and video clips. You see the credit price before every action.
What if a scene fails?
Its credits come back automatically. You are charged for a scene only when it succeeds, and the rest of your video is kept.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused credits roll over for 1 month.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing is $190 a year for Creator, which is 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
What if I run out of credits?
Top up any time: 120 credits for $10, on top of your plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
