Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing physical is shipped

ReelNyx is an online software service run by Vruvix Tech. We sell subscriptions and credit packs that you use on reelnyx.com to create short videos. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

When you receive what you paid for

Credits and plans: added to your account automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and at most a few minutes. You can see them under Credits and Settings → Billing.
Videos: created in your browser after you start a generation, usually within a few minutes, and available to watch and download from your Projects page.
Receipts: sent by email by our payment partner (Razorpay or Paddle) to the address used for the payment.

Where we deliver

The service is delivered online, worldwide, wherever reelnyx.com can be reached and our payment partners accept your payment. You need an internet connection and a ReelNyx account signed in with the email you paid with.

If something does not arrive

If your payment went through but the credits or plan are not on your account after 30 minutes, or a video failed and the credits were not returned, email help.vruvixtech@gmail.com from your account email with the payment date and the payment or order ID from your receipt. We reply within 3 business days and add anything missing, or refund as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
