Failed generations: automatic credit refunds
If a video or a scene fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credits for the failed part go back to your balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund in Credits → History. You can also retry a failed scene from the studio.
Payments are not refundable
All payments (subscriptions, renewals and credit packs) are final and are not refunded, including credits you have not used, except where the law requires a refund (see "Your legal rights" below).
- You can cancel your subscription any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Purchased credit packs never expire while your account is open, so unused credits stay available to you.
Not refundable
Credits already used for videos that were generated successfully, including results you didn't like (use scene edits to fix them); unused plan or pack credits; accounts closed for breaking the Terms.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law, including refunds for a service that is faulty or not as described. Our payment partner Paddle is the merchant of record and applies the withdrawal and refund rights that the law of your country gives you. EU/UK customers: by starting to use credits you ask us to begin the service right away, and you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for the part already used.
How to ask
If you think a charge is wrong or a failed scene was not refunded, email help.vruvixtech@gmail.com from your account email with the payment date. We reply within 3 business days. Money refunds that the law requires go back to the original payment method through Paddle (usually 5–10 business days).
